Meet Jay.
Leadership wasn't something I discovered in a classroom.
It’s been shaped by service, challenge, education, and the people I've had the privilege to work alongside.
Throughout my career, I've led in environments where trust mattered, whether serving in the Canadian Army, supporting students in higher education, developing community programs, or conducting higher education research.
Each experience taught me something different and these experiences continue to shape how I partner with organizations today.
My Philosophy.
I don't believe consulting is about arriving with all the answers.
Every organization already has talented people.
My role is to ask thoughtful questions, create space for meaningful conversations, and help teams move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
The strongest solutions are rarely imposed. They're discovered together.
Beyond consulting.
When I'm not working with organizations, you'll usually find me outdoors, travelling with my wife, spending time with our Cockapoo, exploring new places, or saying yes to adventures that become great stories later.
Those moments remind me that leadership isn't confined to boardrooms.
It's built through relationships, curiosity, and shared experiences.
